Disposable Endoscopic Flexible Hemoclip

Endoscopic treatment is the first choice in GI bleeding from ulcer or vascular lesions. TTS needles for injection of saline, epinephrine, or tissue glue; Disposable endoscopic flexible hemoclip for mechanic hemostasis; coagulation probes for destruction of vascular lesions, and catheters for hemostatic sprays (Fig. 6a, b) have expanded the therapeutic armamentarium. Larger OTS devices are available as rubber band ligation for routine treatment of varices and OTS clip as rescue therapy for bleeding ulcers.
